1. Connect your device to PC (ActiveSync)

2. Install HTCUnlock-CVS.exe (to be executed on the PC)

3. On your Phone, Start - Accessories (Expert on HTC S620) - Run HTCUnlock and press UNLOCK (Right Softkey) and wait..(RegEditor will be launched and reg tweaking would automatically start) Press DONE when finished.

4. Reboot your Phone.

5. Connect again to your PC thru ActiveSync

6. Launch SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe on PC and Press REMOVE LOCK.

7. Restart your Phone.

8. Your device is now Application Unlocked
